WWE SmackDown, also currently referred to as SmackDown Live (stylized as SmackDown LIVE) or simply SmackDown, is a professional wrestling television program that debuted on August 26, 1999. The show’s name is also used to refer to the SmackDown brand, in which WWE employees are assigned to work and perform on that program; currently the other brands are Raw and NXT.
The WWE SmackDown Tag Team Championship is a professional wrestling world tag team championship created and promoted by the American professional wrestling promotion WWE on the SmackDown brand. It is one of two tag team championships for WWE’s main roster, along with the Raw Tag Team Championship on the Raw brand. The current champions are The Usos, who are in their first reign, both as a team and individually.
