Shivangi Joshi was born on 19th May 1991 in Dehradun, Uttarakhand, India. She is an Indian television actress. She hails from Dehradun and has spent a major part of her childhood in and around Rishikesh.
She is came into limelight for her current playing role as Nayra in popular Star Plus Channel’s daily soap opera ‘Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai’. Once, she got a chance to perform in Mumbai and the chief guest from the show suggested her family that she should try in acting.
She loved Kathak and had been l learning from her childhood.
Personal Life:- She was born on 19th May 1991. , India. She is from Dehradun and was raised in this city apart from being the closed by place called Rishikesh. She is always had an interest in acting so shifted to Mumbai in April, 2013 with her mother.
She continued to give auditions and then got selected for a TV commercial. After which she started getting calls from various productions houses and finally acting happened. She was last seen in &Tv’s daily soap Begusarai.
Currently, she is seen in Star Plus’ daily soap Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai. She had her schooling and college from her hometown followed by learning Indian classical dance. She loved Kathak and had been l learning from her childhood, which made her to perform at different places in the country. Once while performing in Mumbai, she was suggested by a filmmaker to shift to the city for trying her luck in acting.
Career:- Shivangi Joshi is seen playing the role of Naira post leap in Star Plus’ daily soap Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai. Naira settled her own life in Rishikesh but her mother Akshara brought her back to Singhania family.
The show also stars Hina Khan and Rohan Mehra in the lead roles. She is seen in tv serial in 2013-14 :”Khelti Hai Zindagi Aankh Micholi” as play a role Nisha. Later In 2013-14 also seen in : Beintehaa” as Aayat Ghulam Haider / Aayat Rizwan Malik. Currently, she is seen in Star Plus’ daily soap Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai.
She got a chance to perform in Mumbai and the chief guest from the show suggested her family that she should try in acting. She headed to Mumbai wherein she gave auditions at different places to finally bag a TV commercial, which soon gave her opportunity to enter the TV serial. She got the TV serial called Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai.
Soon she got another show called Begusarai, however, after working for a while, she was shown doors for her unprofessionalism behavior. She is still continuing with her first TV serial.
