Shakti Anand is an Indian television Actor, was born 23 September 1975 in Delhi, India. He is best known for his role as Nikhil Samarth on the Hindi television drama series Ek Ladki Anjaani Si, Currently playing the role of Maharana Udai Singh in very popular historical drama show Bharat Ka Veer Putra- Maharana Pratap on Sony Entertainment Television.

Personal Life:- Shakti was born 23 September 1975 in Delhi, India and attended university at the Tamil Education Association in Delhi and majored in the Science stream. After that, he received his Master’s degree in pharmaceutical engineering, and was working as a medical examiner with GE Capital in Delhi, when he received an offer to work on the television show Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi. He married his co-star in the serial Saara Akaash, Sai Deodhar, Deodhar’s mother is an Marathi film maker and father is a camera man.

Career:- Shakti starred his television career with very famous and popular Indian soap opera Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi as Hemant Jamnadas Virani, later appeared in Saara Aakash, Sambhav Asambhav and Ek Ladki Anjaani Si and also hosted the first season of the crime reality show, Crime Patrol and also participated in dance reality show Nach Baliye and acted in Godh Bharai, Currently playing the role of Maharana Udai Singh in very popular historical drama show Bharat Ka Veer Putra- Maharana Pratap on Sony Entertainment Television.
