Irudhi Suttru (Tamil) / Saala Khadoos (Hindi) is an upcoming bilingual sports drama film written and directed by Sudha Kongara Prasad. The film features R. Madhavan in the leading role as a boxing coach.
The film is being simultaneously made in Tamil and Hindi, under the title Saala Khadoos. Both versions are produced by C. V. Kumar and S. Sashikanth for Thirukumaran Entertainment and Y Not Studios.
Varun Manian’s Radiance Media presents the Tamil version and UTV Motion Pictures, Madhavan’s Tricolour Films and Rajkumar Hirani present the Hindi version respectively.
Featuring music composed by Santhosh Narayanan, the film has cinematography by Sivakumar Vijayan and editing by Sathish Suriya. After beginning pre-production works in early 2013.
The film’s schedule to release in theaters on 29th February 2016. The film is clashing with Sunny Leone’s starrer “Mastizaade” also going to release same day 29th Jan. 2016.
