Mira Rajput was born and brought up in Delhi. Now she is best known as wife of Bollywood Industries famous & very popular actor Shahid Kapoor. Yes Mira came into limelight for her link-up with the charming actor Shahid Kapoor.

In March 2015, Kapoor confirmed about his impending marriage to Mira Rajput, a student from New Delhi, who is 13 years younger than him. The Times of India reported that Kapoor met Rajput through the religious group Radha Soami Satsang Beas.

Mira completed her school study from Vasant Valley School, Delhi. The marriage ceremony was held in Gurgaon on 7 July 2015.
