Salman Khan and Sajid Nadiadwala stated they were planning a sequel of 2014 action film “Kick”. Salman Khan is writing the sequel which is expected to go on the floors at the end of 2016. Sajid Nadiadwala has registered the sequel title as Devil.
Also news is that Salman Khan will be seen in Double role in the film. Well now, Salman Khan starrer upcoming film “Prem Ratan Dhan Payo” is going to release in theaters on this Diwali 2015. Later he will shoot his next film “Sultan”, schedule to release in 2016.
After the ‘Sultan’ Salman will work in Kick sequel under the direction of Sajid Nadiadwala. 2014 ‘Kick’ film’s stars Salman Khan, Jacqueline Fernandez and Randeep Hooda in the lead role and Nawazuddin Siddiqui , portraying the main antagonist of the film. The film is a remake of the Telugu film of the same name, with a screenplay adapted Sajid Nadiadwala and Chetan Bhagat.
Kick made a final worldwide gross collection of 3.77 billion (US$59 million) Box Office India declared Kick a “Blockbuster”.Domestic nett of Kick are 233 crore (US$36 million).
Kick 2 is currently in scripting stage and might go on floor next year. The movie will star Salman Khan in double role. According to the latest news actress Kriti Sanon will romance with Salman Khan in “Kick 2” instead Jacqueline Fernandez and Amy Jackson.
According to the latest news, the film’s director Sajid Nadiadwala and Salman Khan will start work on ‘Kick 2’ in 2018.
