“Ikka” is an upcoming 2017 action drama film, directed by the famous director AR Murugadoss. Akshay to cast for lead role in the film. The film is the Hindi remake of 2014 Tamil Action drama film “Kaththi”. Film Kaththi Hindi remake Ikka release date expected in next year 2017.
The original Tamil film ‘Kaththi’ opened to mostly positive reviews from critics and was the highest grossing Tamil film of 2014. The female lead of the film is yet not decided and also the villain is yet to be confirmed.
Film ‘Ikka’ is based on the issues of Farmer’s suicide. In the film Akshay Kumar will be seen in double role. Nowadays Akshay Kumar is busy in his upcoming film “Rustom”, “Housefull 3” and “Robot 2”.
Akshay will start shooting for the film after he is done with the movies ‘Jolly LLB 2′ and ‘2.0′. ‘Ikka’ is likely to go on floors in 2017.
