Airlift is an upcoming Indian action-thriller film, directed by Raja Krishna Menon. The film’s stars Akshay Kumar, Nimrat Kaur in lead roles.

Akshay Kumar’s ‪”‎Airlift‬” Teaser to Release on 18th Nov, Wednesday Official – The first look teaser of Akshay Kumar’s much anticipated film Airlift will release on Wednesday – 18th November 2015.

The wait of all Akshay Kumar Fans finally come to an end as the actor took to twitter to officially confirm that the teaser trailer of his much anticipated thriller Airlift is all set to be launched on Wednesday, 18 November 2015.

The film is inspired by a really very fascinating real life story. As the war escalates, India sends flights to rescue its citizens in Kuwait.

‪Based around the 1990 Iraq – Kuwait war, the film revolves around the biggest human evacuation in the world history as Akshay Kumar is responsible to evacuate over 1,70,000 Indians trapped in Kuwait. The film which marks the debut of Raja Menon also stars Nimrat Kaur in pivotal role and is slated to release on 22 Janaury 2016.

‎Airlift‬ certified 12 A by British censors on 18 January 2016. Approved run time: 125 min. The film is clashes with “Kyaa Kool Hain Hum 3”, also releasing on same day 22th Jan.
