“Farishta” Novelist Filed Case On “PK”, Sued 1 Crore Rupees Compensation


Recently released Aamir Khan’s blockbuster film PK, now trapped in a new trouble. Yes a novelist filed a petition alleged on film PK that PK film’s producer and director used some parts of his novel “Farishta” in the film PK.

Kapil Isapuri named novelist sought one crore rupees compensation on the filmmaker and also requested to give instruction to his work with credit.

Isapuri alleged that the PK film’s director and producer Vidhu Chopra and Rajkumar Hirani and screenwriter Abhijat stolen the expression of ideas, views in the film.

He has sought punitive damages of Rs 1 crore from the makers along with credit for his work. Aamir Khan’s PK done a explosive business at the domestic and worldwide box office and became highest grosser film ever in Bollywood films industry.
