DDLJ Will Continue In Maratha Mandir Not Budge

Has become a landmark in the history of Hindi cinema Kajol and Shah Rukh Khan’s film Dil Wale Le Jayenge (DDLJ) just will not budge from Maratha Mandir Theater.

Quashing reports that Dilwale Duhania Le Jayenge (DDLJ) will be removed from Maratha Mandir in December after running for 19 years, its managing director Manoj Desai said that the news is “false”.

DDLJ was released on October 20, 1995. Ever since This film is continuously showing in Mumbai’s Maratha Mandir theaters.

In 2002, DDLJ completed 7 years of performing and broke the record of ‘Sholay’. Desai said, “We are not planning to remove DDLJ show. This is misinformation. Rather, the 1,000 th performance of the week will in December of DDLJ.
